$5,000.00 per year based on a three (3) year lease.

$5,500.00 per year based on a two (2) year lease.

$6,000.00 per year for one (1) year.

    Customer is responsible for:

•         Preparing the site.  Click HERE to view site prep requirements

•         Furnishing concrete blocks to set unit on.

•         All utility hook ups.  Water, sewer, electric, &/or gas

•         Liability and Contents insurance.

•         Providing container for trash during set up and removal of the container.

•         Handicap Ramping of one exterior door,

    Options:        All billed with first years lease.

•         Tie downs and skirting may be installed for $1,150.00.

•             Tie downs ONLY:  $450.00

•         Steps Per Set:  $300.00
